The trade behind the program
Drainage sits early in a build and everything else waits on it. The expensive part of getting it wrong is rarely the plumbing. It is the week the site loses while someone works out what to do next.
So the commitment is simple. We quote on what is actually there, we tell you before the program moves rather than after, and we hand over work that is documented well enough for the next person to understand it.
On occupied buildings the same thinking applies to tenants. Relining instead of excavating, out of hours where it helps, and a single point of contact who already knows the site.

What we take on
Drainage and sewer renewals
Full line replacement on commercial and multi unit sites, documented and handed over properly.
Pipe relining
Rehabilitate a failing line without closing the carpark or cutting the slab. Minimal disruption to tenants.
CCTV condition reports
Pre purchase, pre lease and defect liability surveys, with footage and a written finding you can act on.
Backflow testing
Annual testing arranged, repairs handled and the paperwork lodged with the water authority for you.
New build and project work
Drainage set out and installed to plan, inspected and signed off without holding up the trades behind us.
Maintenance and call outs
A single number for a portfolio, with a plumber who already knows the sites.
Questions
The ones we get asked most
Yes. Drainage and sewer work on new builds, extensions and multi unit sites. We turn up on the day we said we would, because the trades behind us cannot start until we are done.
Yes. A CCTV survey of the drainage with footage and a plain written finding, so you know what you are taking on before you sign.
We do. Testing, any repairs that come out of it and lodgement with the water authority, so it does not land back on the property manager.
For occupied commercial sites, yes. Where the work would disrupt a tenant we would rather do it early, late or over a weekend and agree that up front.
