Riley Adlington started this business in 2020, after fifteen years on the tools and a career in the Royal Australian Navy before that. He works out of Swansea and covers Newcastle daily. That background shows up in the work: a plan before the first cut, a clean site, and a straight answer when something is not worth fixing.
Most of what we do is diagnosis. Relining, renewals, drainage and infiltration all start with working out what is actually happening underground. That is why builders and commercial clients call us for the jobs that have already been looked at once. You deal with the person doing the work, and nothing gets quietly marked up.

You call
Tell us what is happening. We will tell you straight away whether it is urgent, whether you should turn something off, and when we can be there.
We look
On site we find the actual cause, not just the symptom. Cameras down drains, meters on gas lines, thermal where we need it.
You approve
A fixed price and a plain explanation of the options, including the option of doing nothing yet. Nothing starts until you say so.
We fix it
Done properly, cleaned up, certificates issued, and a note on what to keep an eye on so it does not happen again.
